Our Spring & Summer Sale event is POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19.  Saturday is our half price event, with half price discount on select marked items from 8 AM to 1 PM. A 3% processing charge will be added to all credit card purchases. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Our sale is held in Whitehurst Hall at Oak Grove UMC at 472 N. Battlefield Blvd Chesapeake, VA 23320.  Volunteer and shop early for best selection!

Checkout:
​- Please inspect all items carefully as all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- If you need assistance to inspect an item, please notify one of our volunteers who will be willing to assist you.
- In order to support our mission fully we pass on the 3% processing fee for all credit card charges. If you pay by cash, you will not incur this fee.
Entry/Exit:
- The only entrance doors to our sale are on the Great Bridge Blvd. side of the building.
- The only exit doors to our sale are under the portico on the opposite side of the building from the entrance. (near the checkout)
- Our sale has a one -way traffic flow, please note that the doors you enter in will NOT be the doors you exit out of. We suggest parking by the exit doors.
Early Entry/ Double Shift Pre-sale:
- Remember, the pre-sale is ONLY for the volunteer. No guest passes.
- Doors open at 2:55. No entry into the building is permitted before this time.
- Please line up outside the building on the right side when facing the entrance doors.
- Any strollers/wagons/etc. will need to be tagged with a band to indicate that is was not part of the sale items.
- A volunteer will check to ensure that your name is on the pre-sale list.
Regular Volunteer Pre-sale:
- Remember, the pre-sale is ONLY for the volunteer. No guest passes.
- Doors open at 3:00. No entry into the building is permitted before this time.
- Please line up outside the building on the left side when facing the entrance doors.
- Any strollers/wagons/etc. will need to be tagged with a band to indicate that it was not part of the sale items.
- A volunteer will check to ensure that you name is on the pre-sale list.
Large Ticket items:
- Our larger items are marked with a manila ticket
- If you would like an item, you must tear the BOTTOM half of the manila ticket off, and notify a volunteer who will write your last name, sold, and the time on the remaining top half of the ticket.
- The claimed item will be moved to the large ticket area at the exit, for pick-up after you pay.- When
you get to the checkout queue, please notify a volunteer that you have a large ticket item in the holding area, and give them your manila ticket stub. They will bring your checkout tags to you, for purchasing.
- If you change your mind, please notify a volunteer so they can replace the manila tag and return the item to the sales floor.
- Large ticket items will be held for 2 hours after being claimed.
Public Sale:
- Doors will open for the public sale at 5pm. No entry into the building is permitted before this time.
- Please line up outside the entrance doors with the line forming to the left when facing the doors.
- The line will have delayed queuing based on the capacity of the building. Please be patient as we abide by the fire code.
- Any strollers/wagons/etc. will need to be tagged with a band to indicate that it was not part of the sale items.
- When you are ready to check out, please inspect all of your items carefully, and proceed to the checkout line.
